To create MS SQL Server 2005 (Express) database backup, you need Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express. It can be freely downloaded and installed on the server or your PC.
Run SQL Server Management Studio, find TargetProcess database and right click on the database name. Click Tasks and find Back Up... action
Select location for database backup file and click OK
